Integration

Ceremony. Meaning. Embodiment.

Preparation and integration coaching for people working with psychedelic medicine — before a ceremony, and in the months after.

Who this is for

People in the season around a ceremony.

You have a retreat booked and want to arrive prepared. Or you came back three weeks ago and still can't explain it to anyone in your life.

You've been microdosing and something is shifting that you'd like to understand. A journey showed you something about your marriage, your work, or your faith, and now you have to decide what to do about it. Or the experience was hard, and it hasn't finished settling.

Most people arrive somewhere in the long middle: the insight was real, and ordinary life has not rearranged itself to match.

What happens in a session

Sixty minutes, by video. $150.

Before a ceremony: clarifying what you're actually going in for, preparing practically and emotionally, and thinking through your support, your aftercare, and the week on either side.

After: making sense of what happened, grounding it in your nervous system and your routine, and translating insight into decisions you actually make — in your relationships, your work, and your daily practice.

The experience is not the transformation. What you do with it is.

Most seasons need both kinds of work, in turns. Nothing is forced into a framework, and nothing you saw will be pathologized here.

What this is and isn't

Coaching and education, plainly stated.

This is coaching and educational guidance. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and no part of this work provides, encourages, or sources controlled substances.

What happens in ceremony belongs to you and whatever tradition holds it. This work is everything that surrounds it. If what surfaces is better served by clinical treatment, I'll say so and help you find it.

Where this comes from

Older waters.

Ari comes to this work through study and through blood — an ancestral Taíno lineage in which the medicine has always been ceremony, never recreation. That shapes the register here: reverence over novelty, preparation over impulse, and the long view — that what opens in a night is lived out over years.

A tool for the season

UNFOLD — a 90-day journal.

For the daily work between sessions: a print journal built to sit beside your own practice, with daily pages, ceremony pages, practices, and the long view. It holds a season; it doesn't prescribe one.
