About Ari ↗

Clinically trained. Coaching, not therapy

Ari Leal

A coach working with people in transition — in their direction, their relationships, and their experience of meaning. He is clinically trained, which shapes how he listens and where he draws the line: this is coaching, not treatment, and when something is better served by therapy he says so directly.

His clients are typically people functioning well and facing a question bigger than a technique — a career that no longer fits, a relationship at a crossroads, a ceremony that opened something. Or a life that looks right on paper — the job, the home, the routine all in place — while the body keeps saying something is off: a tiredness that sleep doesn't fix, a knot that comes back every Sunday night.

UNFOLD

Nothing in us is broken. Everything in us is unfolding.

Objects for the inner life — instruments made to carry the work between sessions, and beyond them. Journals first; candles, room mists and ritual pieces are in the making.
