Ari Leal is a coach working with people in transition — in their direction, their relationships, and their experience of meaning. He is clinically trained, which shapes how he listens and where he draws the line: this is coaching, not treatment, and when something is better served by therapy he says so directly.
His clients are typically people who are functioning well and facing a question bigger than a technique — a career that no longer fits, a relationship at a crossroads, a ceremony that opened something, a life that works on paper and not in the body. Sessions are one-to-one and held by video, wherever you are.
A short conversation to work out what you need and whether this is the right fit. No pressure and no pitch — if it isn't a fit, Ari will say so and point you somewhere better.
